For powerful drilling and fast screwing, the Einhell cordless drill/driver TE-CD 18/40 Li BL - Solo delivers a maximum of 40 Nm of torque through its robust 2-speed transmission. Thanks to state-of-the-art rechargeable battery technology employed in the Power X-Change series, light drilling work, e.g. in wood, is no problem for this cordless drill. The tool is powered by an Einhell PurePOWER brushless motor. This brushless motor offers more power and longer running time than conventional carbon brush motors. After online registration, there is a 10-year warranty on the brushless motor. The small, lightweight cordless drill/screwdriver is easy to handle and, with its ergonomic design and Softgrip surfaces, can be held firmly and secure grip for low-fatigue work. The speed electronics ensure that the power can matched to any material and task at hand. The cordless drill/driver features a high-quality, 10 mm single-sleeve keyless chuck and LEDs for optimal work in poorly illuminated areas. The batteries, based on high-quality lithium-ion cells, can be used with all members of the Power X-Change family. Always ready for use thanks to Li-ion technology without self-discharge. The product does not include a Power X-Change battery or charger; these are available separately, for example in a convenient starter kit.

The torque-slip clutch prevents the screws from being overtightened. The drill/driver rotates in both clockwise and anticlockwise directions for tightening and removing screws, and a quick-stop function that prevents the cordless drill/driver from overshooting.
